Maddie McCrary completed the 54-hole tournament without a bogey in sight to earn her first Epson Tour win. McCrary started the day with a few pars before draining her first of four birdies on the par-3 No. 3.

“Honestly, this is stuff that I dream of, so it feels really, really good, happily mentioned McCrary. “Completing with no bogeys is even better, so this win was definitely for the best.”

The win came down to the wire, with McCrary coming in clutch and sticking her final approach shot from 170 yards, leaving her 10 feet for the chance to eagle. She ultimately made birdie and won by one stroke.

“I mean, I would have loved to win many times in the past, but I failed so much to get here, and I know that these moments were worth it,” said McCrary.

With this win, the Oklahoma State alumna took home $37,500 and 500 points, launching her from No. 62 in the Race for the Card to No. 2.

Runner-up Mariel Galdiano earned her second-place finish in dramatic fashion, draining a 50-foot putt on the par-5 18th hole for eagle.

“I mean, 18 played pretty tough today with the forward tee, and I honestly just wanted to hit the fairway, said Galdiano “I just wanted it to hit green. I did both, and I had a long putt, so I knew it was a long chance, and Maddie stuck it really close.

“So I just trusted my line, and I hit it a little firm. I was watching it track, and I was like, I hope that hits the flag stick. And it did, and it was, I just had chills. I just fell to the ground. Literally, I was like, I don't know what else to do. But yeah, I mean, I really don't think about score that much until it comes down to it. I think internally, I kind of know, but I try not to think about it too much.”

The Hawaii native now sits atop the Race for the Card standings after two consecutive weeks of strong play.

The final round leaderboard moved quite a bit throughout the day as Grasslands Golf & Country Club, with Finland native Kiira Riihijarvi being the first leader in the clubhouse.

The 28-year-old Epson and LPGA Tour veteran fired a bogey-free 8-under par to climb the leaderboard from T15 into solo second.

“Honestly, it kind of felt pretty easy all over, mentioned Riihijarvi. “I hit the ball really well, and I made the putts. I was pretty close. I made one long putt, but other than that, I was just pretty close, so it was easy and simple.”

Riihijarvi started off strong with a birdie on the par-4 No. 1, and then continued the string, sinking three consecutive birdies on holes seven through nine.

Even though the University of Tampa alumna did not walk away with the victory, she left her mark at the Orlando Health Championship, holding the new 18-hole scoring record.

Mirabel Ting had a shaky start to her final round, marking her first blemish of the day on the par-4 No.1, with a bogey. The Malaysian bounced right back with a birdie on the par-5, second hole. The Epson Tour rookie found her groove on the par-5s, playing them 6-under for the day, highlighted by eagles on holes 12 and 18.

Fellow Epson Tour rookie Carla Bernat Escuder started the final round on a high note, with back-to-back birdies. The Spaniard continued her momentum, finding five more birdies on the day, before letting the nerves get the best of her.

Bernat Escudar hit her tee shot in the water on the par-5 18th, ending her round with a double bogey, to finish her third week on the Epson Tour in a tie for fourth. The Epson Tour rookie now heads to the LPGA Tour’s Ford Championship as a sponsor invite.

The Epson Tour heads into a four-week break from tournament play and will start competition back up again on April 24 at the IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort and Spa in Beaumont, Calif.
