Moving Day lived up to its name as 144 athletes competed in the second round of the Four Winds Invitational on Saturday at Blackthorn Golf Club. The cut was made at 2-under par with the top 60 and ties now preparing for the final round.

18-hole leader Huai-Chien Hsu carded a modest 3-under second round, to round out the afternoon solo atop the leaderboard. The University of Texas alumna found four birdies and one bogey on the day. The LPGA Collegiate Advancement Pathway graduate will tee off in the final group tomorrow afternoon with the chance to hoist her first professional victory in just her fourth Epson Tour start.

“I didn't really do that much stuff that's different, but I have my coach here on Tuesday, and she just talked to me a lot and gave me a little more confidence,” said Hsu.

Alice Hodge felt like she played another “boring” round of golf this morning, ultimately signing for a 3-under, 69. The Florida State University alumna holed five birdies on the day heading into Championship Sunday one shot back.

“A lot of putts went in, said Hodge. “I reached one of the par fives in two and two-putted, it wasn't anything crazy. Yeah, just got lucky with a couple longer putts.”

The Epson Tour sophomore started her second round on No. 1, and shortly thereafter found her first birdie of the morning on the par-4, 3rd. Hodge continued her birdie streak dropping further into the red, to round the turn 3-under par. The New York native had a slower finish to her round, ultimately signing for a 3-under, 69. “I kind of struggled earlier on in the season, mentioned Hodge. “So, it definitely feels good to be in contention. Two weeks ago, I kind of felt like my game was in a good spot to contend as well. It's a huge confidence booster and I'm looking forward to it.”

Last week’s sudden-death playoff participant, Liqi Zeng is one of the four athletes sitting in a tie for third heading into the final round of the Four Winds Invitational.

Zeng, has posted two back-to-back under-par rounds in the 60s. Today, the Epson Tour veteran started off strong with two consecutive under par holes and headed into her back nine 3-under. For the second week in a row the People’s Republic of China native will be playing for the chance to earn her first Epson Tour victory.

2025 Epson Tour Championship at Indian Wells Winner, Anne Chen, is sitting in contention yet again. Coming off a 10-under final round at the Island Resort Championship, Chen posted six birdies on the day to climb from T32 into T3 looking for her second professional Epson Tour victory.

Christin Eisenbeiss came into her second round on a high note, after posting a solid 3-under first round. Currently No. 60 in the Race for the Card standings, Eisenbeiss submit a near perfect scorecard finding five birdies, to sign for a 4-under 68, heading into the final round one shot off the lead.

Canadian Brooke Rivers finished the afternoon wave with a 3-under, 69 to move herself into the four-way tie for third place.

The leaderboard remains packed, with eight players at 6-under tied within the top ten, promising a dramatic final round for the title, $225,000 purse, and crucial Race to the Card points toward LPGA dreams.
