Best Player-Focused Event During Tournament Week - “The Bassters,” Island Resort Championship

The Island Resort Championship earned top honors for its player-focused programming with “The Bassters,” an experience designed to help athletes unwind and connect during tournament week. A competition like no other, “The Bassters” sees a limited number of athletes take on Sweetgrass Golf Club’s No. 15 Island Green, but with fishing poles rather than golf clubs. Prizes are awarded to the team (of two) that catches the most fish and the biggest fish. Thoughtful touches and intentional hospitality created a welcoming environment that players consistently praised as a highlight of their week.

Best Fan-Focused Event During Tournament - Fashion Show, Atlantic Beach Classic presented by Access Golf

The Atlantic Beach Classic presented by Access Golf was recognized for hosting the Best Fan-Focused Event with its Fashion Show, an engaging activation that brought fans closer to the tournament while celebrating creativity and community. Six Epson Tour athletes took the runway with other Atlantic Beach community members, showing off local shops that lent their clothes to the tournament for the fashion show. The roaring cheers of spectators could be heard from outside the clubhouse, with anyone in the vicinity able to guess that all involved were having a great time. The event added energy to tournament week and created a memorable experience that extended beyond the ropes.

Best Player Dining Experience During Tournament Week - Murphy USA El Dorado Shoot Out

The Murphy USA El Dorado Shoot Out received honors for delivering the Best Player Dining Experience, providing athletes with high-quality meals and snacks in a comfortable, welcoming setting. Through a player lounge open 24/7, athletes had constant access to all of their favorite Murphy USA gas station snacks and drinks, ranging from healthy fuel to sweet treats. Attention to detail and consistency throughout the week made dining a standout part of the player experience.
