Following two thrilling finales in its first two years, the event returns with a stacked field of 144 players ready to battle it out at Great River Golf Club — one of the most distinctive and challenging stops on the Epson Tour schedule.

Moving to a 72-Hole Event

One big change for the 2025 edition is the move from a 54-hole stroke play event to a 72-hole stroke play event, joining the Reliance Matrix Championship presented by Epson, the Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic, and the Epson Tour Championship at Indian Wells as the only four-day events on the 2025 schedule.

The third-year event looked to elevate the on and off-course experience for the athletes and fans, with VIP areas and activities throughout the week, including complimentary skin exams on Saturday. Daniela Iacobelli Will Defend Her Title

The 2024 Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship winner is back to defend her title and add another trophy to her collection. Daniela Iacobelli edged out fellow veteran Amelia Lewis by one shot, who carded a final round 64, trying to chase down the five-time Epson Tour winner.

The win moved Iacobelli to No. 1 in the Epson Tour Career Money List, where she still sits to date, at $518,821 in her career. The win also helped the 37-year-old earn her LPGA Tour card for the 2025 season, finishing 13th in the 2024 Race for the Card.

The First of Four Events in a Row

The 2025 Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re is the first of another four-week stretch on the schedule. This week is one of two weeks in the Northeast before the Tour heads back to the Midwest for two weeks. The $225,000 purse will be the second largest of the four events, with the winner taking home $33,750. More importantly, the winner will earn 500 Race for the Card points as the Tour crosses the midway mark of the season, making every single point matter from here on out.

The importance of a strong start to the stretch cannot be overstated. It sets the tone for the trip and builds confidence heading into the rest of the upcoming weeks.
