The third playing of the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re is set to begin Thursday, July 10th, as the Epson Tour heads into week one of the Northeast Stretch. With nine events left to play in the season, here are some names to keep up with as they take on the Great River Golf Club.

Melanie Green

Melanie enters the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re, coming off three stellar weeks on the Epson Tour starting with a T6 at the Great Lakes Championship at the Highlands presented by Johnnie Walker, followed by her first professional win at the Island Resort Championship presented by Delta County Chamber with a total combined score of 14 under par. Green rounded out the Midwest leg of the season with a T4 finish at the Otter Creek Championship presented by Case Construction. The Epson Tour rookie has found herself sitting at number one by less than a point in the Race for the Card with 1.226 points after her last stretch of tournaments.

Minji Kang

Minji heads to the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re looking for her first win on the Epson Tour. Kang has played in 11 events this year, making every cut and having six top 10 finishes. The Republic of Korea native has an eye for the Great River Golf Club as she went into a three-player, seven-hole playoff during the event’s inaugural playing in 2023 and fell short to Jenny Bae. Minji is currently ranked seventh in the Race for the Card with 1,013 points and is looking for a strong finish this week to jumpstart her Northeast stretch of the 2025 season.

Jillian Hollis

Hollis finished out the Midwest stretch of the 2025 season with her fourth Epson Tour victory at the Otter Creek Championship presented by Case Construction with a total combined score of 14 under par. Jillian has had an up-and-down season competing in 11 events and only making six cuts. Her win at Otter Creek has Jillian sitting in 13th place with 580 points after jumping 75 places in the Race for the Card. Another solid week for the 28-year-old can put her on the fast track to earning her LPGA Tour card once again.

Madison Young

Young heads into the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re after a T33 finish at the Dow Championship. Madison finished ninth in the Race for the Card in the 2024 season on the Epson Tour. Young has been playing in her rookie year on the LPGA Tour this 2025 season and, like all rookies, has had some speed bumps, only making five cuts of 10 events played. Madison looks to gain confidence this week at the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re.
