The 11th playing of the Dream First Bank Charity Classic is set to begin Friday, August 22nd, at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City, Kan., as they seek a new champion in this week’s special event. Here are some names that will look to add themselves to the list of 2025 Epson Tour winners:

Melanie Green

Melanie Green is a 2025 Epson Tour rookie and is currently ranked No. 1 in the Race for the Card standings. The University of South Florida graduate is coming off a T30 finish at the Portland Classic on the LPGA Tour. Green has secured eight top-10 finishes and one win at the Island Resort Championship presented by Delta County Chamber earlier this season. The 23-year-old is confident as she heads into the Dream First Bank Charity Classic, looking for her second win with only four attempts left in the 2025 Epson Tour season.

Amari Avery

Avery is in her sophomore campaign on the Epson Tour. The California native has recorded an impressive six top-10 finishes throughout her young professional career and is looking for a strong finish this week to work towards jumping in the Race for the Card standings, currently ranked No. 15. The 21-year-old has made 12 cuts in 14 starts and has earned four top-5 finishes this season. Last week’s T4 finish at the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic moved Avery back into the top 15 on the Race for the Card Points list. This week in Garden City, Kan., marks the final stretch of the 2025 season as the University of Southern California graduate is looking to continue her streak and bring home her first professional career win on the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA as she gets set to compete Dream First Bank Charity Classic.

Sophie Hausmann

Sophie Hausmann is an Epson Tour veteran, first joining the tour in 2020, working towards the potential of clinching her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season. The German native has made 10 cuts in 16 starts this season, posting three top-10 results and a low round of 66. The 28-year-old sits at No. 26 in the Race for the Card standings coming off a top-five finish at the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic. After missing the cut in the 2024 rendition of the Dream First Bank Charity Classic, Hausmann is eager to compete this week in Garden City, Kan., as every week is more important as she looks to climb the Race for the Card leaderboard and find herself inside the top 15 before the season’s close.

Leah John

Leah John is in her sophomore year on the Epson Tour and has continued to prove herself over the course of this season. The University of Nevada alumna is coming off back-to-back exciting weeks of her career, winning the Four Winds Invitational and finishing T9 in the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic. John has made 10 cuts in 16 starts this season, seven consecutive, with a low round of 63 in the first day at the Four Winds Invitational. The 25-year-old has moved up in the Race for the Card over the past two weeks, now sitting at No. 18, but is eager for another top finish this week at the Dream First Bank Charity Classic to lock up her spot in the top-15 in the Race for the Card standings to potentially clinch her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season.
