The 2025 U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally gets started Thursday at Erin Hills for the 80th playing of the event. Of the 156 players in the field, 15 of those players are currently members of the Epson Tour and are vying for their cut of the $12 million purse. See who is in the field and where they stack up heading into Erin, Wisconsin:

First Appearance

Napat Lertsadwattana

Hometown: Bangkok, Thailand

Age: 23

Lertsadwattana qualified for her first U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally through the Atlanta, Ga., site at Druid Hills Golf Club. The Thai native is competing in her second season on the Epson Tour, with 2025 being her first full season on Tour after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2024. Her 2025 season has been successful thus far, making the cut in five of seven events played and currently sitting No. 19 in the Race for the Card, just four spots off earning her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season.

Leah John

Hometown: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Age: 25

John is making her first U.S. Women’s Open appearance after a co-medalist honors performance in the Sacramento, Cali., qualifier at Del Paso Country Club. The 25-year-old enjoyed a solid rookie season on the Epson Tour in 2024, finishing No. 61 in the Race for the Card. Her best finish came at the 2024 Guardian Championship with a third-place result. John enters the U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally off back-to-back made cuts on the Epson Tour and will be trying to make it three in a row this weekend in Wisconsin.

Kailie Vongsaga

Hometown: Diamond Bar, California

Age: 24

Vongsaga is making her U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally debut after finishing second in the Elgin (Ill.) Country Club qualifier. The recent Ohio State University graduate has yet to make her imprint on the professional scene, but is hoping this week in Erin, Wisconsin, will be her breakout. While attending Ohio State, Vongsaga won twice. Since turning professional, she has spent most of her time on the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, while trying to reshuffle into the rest of the 2025 Epson Tour season.

Dana Fall

Hometown: Chandler, Arizona

Age: 32

Fall, an Epson and LPGA Tour veteran, is making her first start at the 2025 U.S. Women’s Open after finishing as the first alternate in the San Jacinto, Cali., at Soboda Springs Golf Course. The Arizona native has earned one win on the Epson Tour at the 2016 Dream First Bank Charity Classic and has an additional 17 top-10 finishes. Fall sits No. 28 in the 2025 Race for the Card with a chance to earn full status once again on the LPGA Tour.

Second Appearance

Sophie Hausmann

Hometown: Nottuln, Germany

Age: 27

Hausmann is making her second U.S. Women’s Open appearance and first as a professional after earning medalist honors in the Atlanta, Ga., qualifier at Druid Hills Golf Club. The German is an Epson Tour champion, finding herself in the winner’s circle at the 2021 IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. Hausmann is finding form once again after returning from an injury that sidelined her at the end of her 2023 season. Her 2024 campaign helped her get her feet under herself once again. She has made five cuts in seven starts and is currently No. 33 in the Race for the Card in 2025.

Abbey Daniel

Hometown: Covington, Louisiana

Age: 24

Daniel is entering her second career U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally, and her first as a professional after earning the third and final spot in the Atlanta, Ga., qualifier. The 24-year-old won her first professional event on the NXXT Women’s Pro Tour earlier this year. During her 2025 Epson Tour campaign, Daniel has competed in two events, making the cut in the Copper Rock Championship with a T37 result. Abbey and her mother, Kay, were also the first mother-daughter pairing to make match play in the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball in 2019.

Hailee Cooper

Hometown: Montgomery, Texas

Age: 25

Cooper will be making her second U.S. Women’s Open appearance and her first as a professional after earning a spot in the field at the Richardson, Texas qualifier at Canyon Creek Country Club. The 25-year-old burst onto the Epson Tour scene in 2024, playing in just 12 events and still finished No. 32 in the Race for the Card. Cooper is seven for seven in made cuts on the Epson Tour in 2025 and has only missed one cut on Tour in her career. Before competing on the Epson Tour, she earned three wins on the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour and has since earned one win on the NXXT Women’s Pro Tour.

Yu-Sang Hou

Hometown: Taipei, Chinese Taipei

Age: 25

Hou is another Epson Tour member who is playing her first U.S. Open as a professional while also qualifying as an amateur in the past. She earned her spot with a medalist performance in the Phoenix, Ariz., qualifier at Arizona Country Club. The 25-year-old has spent time on the Epson and LPGA Tour, but her lone professional victory came on the Taiwan LPGA Tour (TLPGA) in 2019 at the CTBC Ladies Open. Hou was also part of the University of Arizona team that won the 2018 National Championship.

Isi Gabsa

Hometown: Munich, Germany

Age: 29

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 3rd

Gabsa is making her third start in the U.S. Women’s Open, earning medalist honors in Richardson, Texas, at Canyon Creek Country Club. The German has made the cut in her first two starts, with a T51 result in 2022 as her best finish. She has split time on the Epson and LPGA Tour, earning one victory on the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA at the 2018 Forsyth Classic. Gabsa will enter the Open off three straight made cuts on the Epson Tour and sits at No. 53 in the Race for the Card.

Amari Avery

Hometown: Riverside, California

Age: 21

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 3rd

Avery is the youngest of the Epson Tour athletes to qualify for the U.S. Women’s Open, but it is already her third appearance in the event. It will also be her first start as a professional after a medalist finish in San Jacinto, Calif., at Soboda Springs Golf Course. She made her Epson Tour debut last year at the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship, playing in 10 events her rookie season. In 2025, Avery has made six cuts in seven starts and has two top-5 finishes early in the season, resulting in a top-15 spot in the Race for the Card.

Aline Krauter

Hometown: Stuttgart, Germany

Age: 25

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 3rd

Krauter is making her third U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally appearance after earning the first qualifier spot in Naples, Fla., at Grey Oaks Country Club. The German has split time between the LPGA, Epson, and Ladies European Tour (LET), collecting one win between the three at the 2023 Hero Women’s Indian Open on LET. Before turning professional, she took home the 2020 British Women’s Amateur, which earned her a spot in the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open for her first appearance in the event.

Dottie Ardina

Hometown: Laguna, Philippines

Age: 31

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 4th

Ardina, like many others on this list, has split time between the Epson and LPGA Tour. The 31-year-old will be making her fourth start in the U.S. Women’s Open, making the cut in two of the previous three starts. On the Epson Tour, Ardina collected one victory at the 2022 Copper Rock Championship and an additional 26 top-10 results since 2014. Ardina was a late addition to the field of 156, earning her spot through being the first alternate at the Phoenix, Ariz., qualifier.

Kelly Tan

Hometown: Batu Pahat, Malaysia

Age: 31

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 5th

Tan is making her first start in the U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally since 2021 and her fifth of her career. In her previous four starts, she has made one cut, coming in 2016 at CordeValle, where she finished T32 for the week. In 2025, Tan has played in six Epson Tour events, making it to the weekend in half of them. Before this year, Tan spent most of her time on the LPGA Tour, but did collect one Epson Tour victory at the 2019 Central Florida Championship. She also represented Malaysia in the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics.

Jeongeun Lee5

Hometown: Seoul, Republic of Korea

Age: 36

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 6th

Lee5 has made three career starts on the Epson Tour, all coming in 2025. She put together one of the lowest rounds of the season in the first round of the IOA Classic presented by Aperture, carding a 63. Lee5 is making her sixth start in the U.S. Women’s Open and her first since 2020. In her previous starts, she has made the cut two times, finishing T34 in 2010 and 2019. While she has yet to win in the United States, Lee5 has collected five trophies on the KLPGA.

Maria Fassi

Hometown: Pachuca, Mexico

Age: 27

U.S. Women’s Open Appearance: 6th

Fassi is making her sixth start after finishing as the first alternate at the Westminster, Colo., qualifying site. In her five previous starts, she has made one cut but finished T12 in her lone made cut at the Country Club of Charleston. In 2025, Fassi has made six starts on the Epson Tour, making the cut in four. Before this season, she competed exclusively on the LPGA Tour and represented Mexico in the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. While attending the University of Arkansas, Fassi won the 2019 NCAA Women’s Championship Division I Individual title and finished runner-up at the inaugural Augusta National Women’s Amateur.
