The inaugural playing of the Otter Creek Championship is set to begin this week at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Ind. The competition is fierce, with seven of this season’s eight champions, including last week’s winner Cassie Porter, each vying for a share of the $300,000 purse and 500 Race for the Card points. Thirty-three of the 65 Epson Tour rookies and three sponsor invites, Cailyn Henderson and amateurs Latanna Stone and Annabelle Pancake, are set to compete, all determined to hoist the trophy at this year’s inaugural event.
