Gabriella Then
Then, who’s coming off a second-place finish at the French Lick Charity Classic, finally broke into the top-10 of the Official Money List after sitting on the cusp for a while. The 2022 champion of the Garden City Charity Classic at Buffalo Dunes kept her name near the top of the leaderboard in French Lick for the entirety of the tournament, but just missed out on the win. Although Then left some shots on the Pete Dye Course, she knows more will fall this week as her game is trending upward.
Maddi Caldwell-Young
The Georgia native bounced back from a missed cut at the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship with a T15 finish in French Lick, Indiana. Caldwell-Young’s name appeared near the top of the leaderboard during the second round when she shot 5-under on the day and remained there for the rest of the tournament. She has four top-20 finishes on the season.
Laura Restrepo
Restrepo comes into the Four Winds Invitational riding a wave of two top performances. She most recently finished T8 at the French Lick Charity Classic and won a Minor League Golf Tour event the week before, beating the other 22 competitors – all men. These two finishes, after missing four cuts on the Epson Tour, could provide Restrepo some momentum heading into the final few stretches of the 2022 season.
