Epson Tour rookie Frida Kinhult sealed victory at the Epson Tour Championship with a 2-under par 70 in the final round to finish at 10-under overall in the Tar Heel State. It is the first professional win for the Florida State University alumna.
Kinhult defeated Demi Runas by four strokes and Sierra Brooks by six. Laura Wearn finished eight shots back, while Janie Jackson and tournament sponsor exemption Gabriela Ruffels, a University of Southern California senior, rounded out the top five at nine shots behind.
