MILTON, Ga. — As the official qualifying Tour of the LPGA, the Epson Tour is one step closer to returning to the greater Atlanta area, as the 144-player field for the inaugural IOA Invitational—to be contested from May 4-6 at Atlanta National Golf Club—was finalized today.

Individuals will battle for a purse of $150,000, with the winner's prize share at $22,500. The 54-hole stroke play event will feature a cut to the low 60 players and ties after 36 holes. First and second round play is set for Friday, May 4, and Saturday, May 5, respectively. The morning wave of pairings will begin at 7:30 a.m. and afternoon groups start at 12:30 p.m., as players will go off No. 1 and No. 10 tees both days. On Sunday, May 6, the final round will get underway at 7:30 a.m. with all play off No. 1.

A total of 32 countries are represented in the field, as well 19 states, including five players who are either from the state of Georgia, or reside in the Peach State. Those individuals are: Lacey Agnew (Jonesboro, Ga.), Dori Carter (Valdosta, Ga.), Avery George (Perry, Ga.), Jean Reynolds (Newnan, Ga.) and Jessica Welch (Thomasville, Ga.).
