Rookie Clariss Guce holds a share of the second round lead of the Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic.

Having only made three cuts this season, Guce feels confident that her game is returning.

My grandfather introduced me to playing.

Tiger Woods

What is it you love most about playing golf?
Being able to be creative with shots.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Play within yourself.

What type of course fits your game best?
Narrow courses. It forces me to be more strategic with my shots.

What’s your favorite club in your bag? Why?
Putter because it's most rewarding

What are your favorite hobbies outside of golf? How do you make time for them while on the road?
Playing basketball. I just play on my time off.

What are your favorite workout routines?
I like explosive workouts.

What is your best travel tip?
Travel with a buddy.
