The Epson Tour forged a relationship this offseason with the Taiwan LPGA (TLPGA). Twelve of the top players from Taiwan will play in the Florida’s Natural Charity Classic (April 8-11) and the Chico’s Patty Berg Memorial (April 14-17) to get acclimated to playing in the United States before the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic (April 21-24) in San Francisco.
The 12 players from the TLPGA that will play in the Florida’s Natural Charity Classic are:

- Tzu-Chi Lin
- Meng-Chu Chen
- Hsin-Ning Yeh
- I-Wen Chen
- Yi-Lin Liang
- Hsuan-Ping Chang
- Hsien-Wen Huang
- Yen-Ling Pan
- Szu-Han Chen
- Tzu-Yi Chang (a)
- Ya-Chun Chang (a)
Five of the players are inside the top 500 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and the highest ranked player is Tzu-Chi Lin (No. 289). Lin currently is the No. 1 player on the TLPGA money list. She has made 11 career starts on the LPGA Tour including two U.S. Women’s Open’s.
The two amateurs will be the youngest players in the field. Tzu-Yi Chang is 14-years-old while Ya-Chun Chang is 15-years-old. Ya-Chun is ranked the 61st best amateur in the world according to the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR). She is the second highest ranked amateur from Taiwan.
The Florida’s Natural Charity Classic features a purse of $175,000 and the winner will earn $26,250. First-round play begins on Friday, April 8.
