1. 2015 FGTA EPSON TOUR GOLF GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway”) ADMINISTRATOR: The Giveaway is administered by the FGTA, LLC d/b/a Epson Tour (“FGTA”), 100 International Golf Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32124.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; ELIGIBILITY. No purchase or payment of any kind to FGTA is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on March 23, 2015, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on August 28, 2015 (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (hereinafter, each an “Entrant”). Officers and employees of the FGTA, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the households of each of these individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter, participate, or win a prize. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During each month of the Giveaway Period (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”) an Entrant will have an opportunity to enter the Giveaway. The Monthly Entry Periods are as follows:

To qualify for an entry, eligible individuals must follow the FGTA on Instagram or Twitter (@Road2LPGA) or like the FGTA Facebook page (www.facebook.com/RoadtotheLPGA) and perform one (1) of the following (each an “Entry”):

(i) Instagram: Using Entrant’s Instagram account to “like” and re-post a FGTA Giveaway post that displays the hashtag (#EpsonTourGolfGiveaway) and states “re-post to win.”
(ii) Twitter: Using Entrant’s Twitter account to “re-tweet” a FGTA Giveaway post that displays the hashtag (#EpsonTourGolfGiveaway) and states “re-tweet to win.”
(iii) Facebook: Using Entrant’s Facebook account to “like” and “share” a FGTA Giveaway post that displays the hashtag (#EpsonTourGolfGiveaway) and states “share to win.”

All Entries must be received by FGTA within the Monthly Entry Period. FGTA’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of this Giveaway. There is no limit to the number of Entries that may be submitted per Entrant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Giveaway, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate FGTA’s terms of service, as solely determined by FGTA, will be disqualified and may face criminal and/or civil penalties and liabilities. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that Entrant to disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same online account, the authorized subscriber of the online account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the account by the Internet Service Provider or other organization responsible for assigning accounts.

4. GIVEAWAY PRIZES: Subject to these Official Rules, the prizes will be awarded by FGTA or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. During each Monthly Entry Period, FGTA will randomly select one (1) Entry as the monthly winner (“Monthly Winner”). The Monthly Winner for April will receive a TaylorMade Radar Red Hat and twenty-four (24) Volvik White Color S3 Golf Balls (approximate retail value is $115.97), the Monthly Winner for May will receive an Adidas Climacool-3-stripes Gradient Polo and twenty-four (24) Volvik White Color S3 Golf Balls (approximate retail value is $154.98), the Monthly Winner for June will receive a TaylorMade White Smoke Big Fontana Putter and twenty-four (24) Volvik White Color S3 Golf Balls (approximate retail value is $209.97), the Monthly Winner for July will receive a TaylorMade San Clemente Golf Bag and twenty-four (24) Volvik White Color S3 Golf Balls (approximate retail value is $259.97) and the Monthly Winner for August will receive a TaylorMade SLDR White Driver and twenty-four (24) Volvik White Color S3 Golf Balls (approximate retail value is $489.97) (“Monthly Prize(s)”). No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of any Prizes will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the FGTA, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater retail value. The Prizes and/or benefits described above are subject to withdrawal by the FGTA prior to delivery if necessitated either by a force majeure reason or by any other unforeseeable circumstance. Prizes and/or benefits are not redeemable for cash. Each Monthly Winner must be able to accept the Prize as stated or Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Monthly Winner may be selected, as solely determined by FGTA. Each Monthly Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes or fees (including, but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes) associated with the Prize. FGTA shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping the Prize to the Monthly Winners. Besides FGTA’s provision of the Prize as described herein, FGTA shall have no further obligation to the Monthly Winners. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Monthly Winner must execute the applicable releases prior to Prize delivery.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Monthly Winners will be notified by direct message via the social media platform used for Entry. FGTA is only obligated to use the account information used or provided by Entrant. The Monthly Winner must respond to FGTA within three (3) calendar days of attempted prize notification. Monthly Winners shall be required to prove his/her age for the Giveaway and complete and return to FGTA appropriate legal documents, including, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and any other appropriate legal documents, within three (3) calendar days of attempted prize notification. Among other things, Monthly Winners will release FGTA from liability in connection with the Giveaway. In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Monthly Winner may be selected, time permitting, as solely determined by FGTA.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Those Entrants participating in the Giveaway do so at their own risk. By entering in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FGTA, Ladies Professional Golf Association, Inc., Epson Life Insurance Company, TaylorMade, Adidas, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, all FGTA tournament organizers, owners, and sponsors and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of the their respective agents, representatives, volunteers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, sponsors, participating players, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injury, loss or damage to personal, private, or other property and equipment) resulting or arising from the entrance and/or participation in the Giveaway, or any and all acts, including negligence, of Releasees, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes that may be awarded. Entrants agree that the laws of the State of Florida shall govern any and all disputes involving the Releasees. Any disputes involving the Releasees shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration, in the State of Florida, pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in force.

Releasees, as defined in the paragraph above, are not responsible for: computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway; the announcement of the prizes; lost, stolen, late, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, garbled or illegible notices, correspondence, entries that fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including,
without limitation, computer, telephone, paper transfer, unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, website or other connection unavailability, human or other error. Releasees are not responsible for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Giveaway, and assume no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access; or (ii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway. The FGTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or suspend the Giveaway, disqualify any individual who tampers with, or is suspected of tampering with the entry process, and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently. As a condition for entrance into the Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain a judgment or award of, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, attorneys’ fees, or any other damages against Releasees; and (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

7. USE OF NAME/IMAGE/INFORMATION: By entering into the Giveaway, Entrant agrees to the use by FGTA, and its designees, of his or her name, city, and state of residence, photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. By entering the Giveaway and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you voluntarily agree that FGTA and/or its affiliates may use your personal identifiable information for marketing purposes, and that you otherwise agree to abide by all notices posted at www.epsontour.com and www.lpga.com, including but not limited to the terms of use and the privacy policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES: BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU, THE ENTRANT, AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES DETAILED ABOVE AND OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ARBITRATION OF CLAIMS IN FLORIDA AGAINST ALL PARTIES NAMED AS RELEASEES. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THESE RULES, DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY. RECEIPT OF A GIVEAWAY POST SHALL BE EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS 2015 EPSON TOUR GOLF GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES.

9. WINNERS AND GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S NAME: For the name(s) of the Giveaway Winners (available after September 30, 2015), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by October 30, 2015, to: FGTA, 100 International Golf Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32124, ATTN: 2015 EPSON TOUR GOLF GIVEAWAY.
