I played in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship Pro-Am in Battle Creek, MI on June 4th. I had some apprehension, since I had not played golf for five years and am still having side effects from a surgery I had a year ago.
I had the privilege of playing with one of your professionals, Stephanie Kono. Besides being a great golfer, she is a great ambassador for your tour! She is very thoughtful....for example, encouraging me when I hit bad shots (plenty of them...LOL). I hope to see her playing on the LPGA tour next year....so she can showcase her golf and her thoughtfulness! That would be wonderful for her and the LPGA!
