All eyes were on Charlotta Sorenstam on Tuesday of the Florida’s Natural Charity Classic as she kicked-off the first of seven Annika Academy Development Sessions scheduled to take place this season.
The three year partnership with the ANNIKA Academy designates them as the official elite golf training academy for the Road to the LPGA.
Sorenstam captured the attention of the 56 Epson Tour members in attendance as she discussed GOLF, a body friendly swing on the driving range of Lake Wales Country Club.
“I thought it was interesting,” said second-year Epson Tour member Emily Talley. “I come from a background of not a lot of teaching or coaching so seeing other examples and hearing opinions on the swing I really like. I always go into it with an open mind, I’m like a sponge with it. Not that it will automatically change my golf game but I like to hear about it especially from someone as qualified and talented like Charlotta, it was pretty cool.”
